Job Overview:
In this role, you’ll work closely with case managers to secure and finalize essential client documentation, assemble comprehensive case packets, and prepare clients for critical consular appointments. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, your work will directly contribute to building the strongest possible cases for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and finalize new client accounts within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
- Secure all necessary documentation from clients within two weeks through an efficient collection process.
- Create and organize client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate and manage external records requests, ensuring timely acquisition of crucial documentation.
- Handle client communication efficiently and securely, adhering to established mailing protocols.
- Physically assemble case packets, complete final checklists, and ensure cases are mailed promptly.
- Schedule and prepare clients for their consular appointments, helping them feel informed and supported.
- Conduct necessary research to support case preparation and strengthen case outcomes.
