Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling a wide range of civil disputes, including personal injury, business litigation, and insurance defense. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases while collaborating with an experienced team of litigators.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, from initial pleadings to trial and appeals.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation.
• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members on complex case strategies and manage junior associates as necessary.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
• 4-7+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, construction defects, insurance defense, or business litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
