Marion County OPS Scanning/Intake
Job type: This is an entry-level, fulltime, hourly OPS position that has health insurance benefits, but not paid leave or retirement.
Pay: $15.93 per hour
Schedule:
- 40 hours
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Job description: The Scanning/Intake role is responsible for administrative and clerical tasks including, but not limited to, opening electronic files by importing and scanning documents into the agency’s case management system.
Job requirements:
- Must have basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word programs
- Must have the ability to focus and pay attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines
- Must have knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage
- Must have the ability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and on the telephone
- Requires dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours
- Must follow rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including compliance with all Public Records statutes
