As we continue expanding our presence in Southern California, we’re seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney who’s confident in the courtroom, strategic in approach, and energized by doing meaningful work alongside top-tier professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead contested probate, trust, and fiduciary matters from case intake through resolution.
- Represent trustees, beneficiaries, personal representatives, and heirs in complex legal disputes.
- Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation, and trial prep.
- Partner with in-house specialists including accounting and discovery professionals to strengthen case strategy.
- Help guide and mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on probate, trust, or fiduciary matters.
- In-depth knowledge of California probate law and litigation best practices.
- Strong courtroom presence and proven advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on fast-moving cases.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
