Candidate Requirements:
- JD with strong academics.
- Licensed in California, in good standing.
- 9–12 years in California labor/employment law.
- PAGA expertise, a California essential.
- Experience defending against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage claims, or class actions.
- Able to manage cases independently with excellent research and writing skills.
- Skilled in pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Strong deposition and investigative skills.
- Good understanding of federal employment laws.
- Business development skills a plus.
- Leadership mentality with the ability to oversee junior associates and mid-level associate's work on a regular basis.
