Finance & Transactions Associate Attorney

We have exciting opportunities for a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Chicago, New York, Dallas, or Washington, DC office. About You:

• You have 2-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
• You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
• You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
• You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
• You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, Texas, or District of Columbia).
