Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to work with one or more Estate Planning Attorneys in the Tax, Trusts, and Estates department. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, handle competing priorities with professionalism, and contribute to the efficient operation of the department.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the initial drafting of estate planning documents
- Fund trusts with client assets
- Meet and communicate with clients and their professional advisors
- Prepare deeds and related transfer documents
- Maintain and manage client files and records
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal work experience
- Current ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, or attorney attestation
- Strong follow‑up and follow‑through skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and proofreading abilities
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment
Preferred
- Five or more years of experience as a Paralegal
- Experience in estate planning, including drafting revocable living trusts and other foundational estate planning documents
- Familiarity with WealthDocs, NetDocuments, and LawBase
