Airrosti is seeking a part-time Legal Assistant to support our legal and compliance functions. This role requires someone with prior legal experience, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Legal Invoice Management: Review, track, and process legal invoices. Coordinate with legal vendors and internal accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Support the Legal Department in tracking, reviewing, and maintaining contracts through all stages, including signature and renewal.
- State Registrations and Annual Reports: Maintain state registrations and prepare annual report filings across multiple jurisdictions to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Risk Management Support: Track and maintain records of risk management reports, ensuring timely updates and internal distribution as needed.
- Lease Administration Support: Assist with lease tracking and documentation.
- Document and File Management: Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Ad hoc support: Provide flexible assistance on various legal and compliance projects, including research, scheduling reporting, and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience working in a legal, compliance or healthcare setting, strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with legal billing and CLM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $25.00-26.00 per hour depending on experience (20-25 hours per week)
