Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and precedents.

Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.

Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, creating timelines, and coordinating witnesses.

File and maintain legal documents, both electronically and in physical records.

Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court requirements.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel in a professional manner.

Review and summarize legal documents and transcripts.

Assist in the preparation and filing of court forms and documents.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting

Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Excellent research and writing skills.

Ability to interpret and evaluate complex information effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with Timeshare is a plus but not required
