Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a prestigious law firm in their search for a Litigation Partner with a portable book of business of at least $1M—ideally between $1.5M–$2.5M—to join its expanding practice.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Extensive experience litigating in New York state and federal courts

• Additional experience in Delaware and New Jersey courts strongly preferred

• A strong background in commercial litigation, including:

  • Commercial and shareholder disputes

  • Board governance and fiduciary duty issues

  • Breach of contract and business torts

  • Employment litigation and restrictive covenant enforcement

  • Financial services and securities matters

  • Trade secret misappropriation
