Role Overview:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the firm's first impression by conducting thorough intake assessments, providing compassionate customer service, and identifying potential legal solutions for our clients.
- Case Evaluation: Manage initial case screenings, ensuring the proper direction and advice for clients pursuing family-based immigration relief, VAWA, T Visas, and other humanitarian-based immigration cases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure seamless case hand-offs and provide valuable insights into client needs.
- Advocacy: Become an advocate for immigrant communities, helping to remove barriers for historically disadvantaged individuals.
