Key Responsibilities of our Personal Injury Closing Coordinator
- Requesting and securing medical bill and health insurance lien reductions
- Generating settlement memos for clients to sign to memorialize the settlement
- Communicating with clients in order to get all documents signed to facilitate closing the case
- Coordinating with Accounting to make sure cases are closed properly
- Gathering, tracking, and recording client data
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Personal Injury Closing Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Candidates must currently live in the DFW area
- At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury is required
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and work within deadlines
- Professional and friendly demeanor, great attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask
