- A track record of managing a caseload independently, including client communication, medical record follow-up, lien resolution, and demand package preparation.
- Confidence serving as a primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and proactive problem-solving skills — with an understanding that accurate, well-documented data is critical to decision-making and case outcomes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems; experience with case management platforms is a plus.
- Prior client-facing or customer service experience and a commitment to high-level, compassionate communication.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of results, stay composed under pressure, and improve processes.
We’re looking for candidates who align with our values and meet the key qualifications — but if you’re close and excited about the role, we still encourage you to apply.

- Manage a caseload with growing independence, including client communication, medical record follow-up, lien resolution, and tracking key deadlines.
- Build strong client relationships by setting expectations, providing timely updates, and guiding clients through each phase of the case.
- Coordinate case activities such as scheduling client meetings and communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties.
- Field insurance inquiries using discretion and judgment, escalating complex coverage issues when appropriate.
- Identify and address insurance coverage issues, explain basic policy information to clients, and understand fundamental no-fault and lost wage claim concepts.
- Complete case documentation and forms using templates, ensuring accuracy before final attorney review.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete case records in case management system to support efficient workflows and informed decision-making.
- Conduct investigations independently, including collecting data, locating difficult documents (e.g., police/incident reports, FOIL requests, medical records, bodycam/streetcam footage), and identifying additional items such as screenshots or videos.
- Contribute to legal drafting efforts by assisting with portions of summons, complaints, and demands in collaboration with an attorney or paralegal.
- Participate in process improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate a commitment to our core values: Winning, Always Ready, Professionalism, Precision, High-Level Communication, Accountability, and Service.
