Workers Compensation Attorney

Location: Providence, RI (hybrid after introductory period)

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before the Rhode Island Workers Compensation Court
• Handle hearings depositions mediations and negotiations
• Draft motions review medical and employment records and develop case strategies
• Maintain clear timely communication with clients on case progress and recommendations
• Manage your own caseload meet deadlines and collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
• Balance courtroom appearances with remote workdays after completing the introductory period

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active Rhode Island bar admission in good standing
• One to five years of workers compensation experience
• Confident courtroom presence and the ability to run hearings independently
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize in a fast moving caseload
• Commitment to delivering high quality client service
