Job Title: Production Coordinator
Job Summary:
Magna Legal Services is seeking a Production Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for converting transcript roughs into final file formats for distribution to clients per state and federal stipulations, as well as client specifications in a timely manner. The Production Clerk will also need to clearly communicate with reporters and clients alike and gather specific needs if required. This will be an on-site position at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing transcripts to distribute to clients
- Quality control to ensure the accuracy of information in transcripts
- Manage emails, personal and interdepartmental for job distribution
- Provide accurate information for printing and shipping of transcripts
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.
- Problem solving, good communication and able to work well with a team as well as independently
- Experience with ReporterBase9 a plus
- Adobe, Word knowledge a plus
- RealLegal experience a plus
