Litigation Associate – New York

A law firm client is seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience, ideally with a background in energy disputes. The role offers significant case responsibility and direct client exposure.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, with excellent research and persuasive writing skills
• Case management experience; experience arguing motions, taking or defending depositions, and handling party and non-party discovery is a strong plus
• Energy litigation or energy regulatory experience
• J.D. required
• New York bar admission in good standing, or in progress
