Job Description

Our client is seeking a Generalist Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of legal experience. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an interest in municipal and government-related matters. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting legal documents, including resolutions and contracts.
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda.
• Attending meetings and providing legal guidance to clients.
• Assisting with various government and public sector legal matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
• 1+ year of legal experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
