We currently have a career opportunity for a business immigration Paralegal I join our team at our headquarters office located in Arlington, VA. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence three days a week.
Primary Responsibilities:

With a high-volume caseload, prepare and file petitions and applications, for employment-based non-immigrant visas, including (but not limited to) H-1B, TN, E-3, L1, O-1, and associated dependent filings.

Compile and analyze case facts, drafts correspondence, and maintain and organize client documentation.

Review documentation to determine facts and information.

Maintain direct contact with multiple Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and in-house Global Mobility Managers.

Report to Attorneys, Case Managers, and/or other relevant leaders.
Qualification Requirements:
-
1-3 years of professional working experience as a paralegal preparing employment-based non-immigrant visas.

NIV writing experience preferred.

Strong organizational & time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Ability to generate work products with considerable accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Proficient in case management systems - VisaTrax, INSZoom, Litify(Salesforce), LawLogix and other document management systems.
