Michigan PIP Litigation Claims Examiner - REMOTE

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Michigan PIP Litigation Examiner to join our team and support our clients in managing their Michigan PIP claims efficiently and effectively. The PIP Claim Examiner will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving PIP claims. This role requires a strong understanding of Michigan PIP insurance policies, coverage, and claims handling processes. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate claims processing while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Location: Fully Remote (Quarterly travel to Omaha required for meetings and training)

• Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience handling litigated Michigan PIP claims

  • Texas or Florida adjuster license preferred

  • Carrier background preferred but open to candidates with any relevant litigated Michigan PIP experience
