Insurance Coverage Attorneys

Rivkin Radler is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join our Uniondale office. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in insurance coverage matters, with a focus on third-party liability coverage (not insurance defense). Experience handling coverage disputes involving duty to defend, duty to indemnify, additional insured issues, policy interpretation, and reservation of rights is preferred. Position Requirements: Minimum of four years of litigation experience Interest in insurance coverage, particularly third-party liability coverage; prior coverage experience preferred Excellent legal research and writing skills Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage positions Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters   Hybrid Hours:Minimum 3 days a week in office2 days a week remotelyCongenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $195,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. EOE.
