Litigation Technician

Meriplex-Aquipt has an immediate opening for a full-time AV/Computer Technician to pick, package, deliver and install orders, monitor inventory, and help maintain the warehouse.  We are seeking someone with a positive and professional manner with the potential to grow into a greater role within our organization over time. 

Key Responsibilities/ Duties: 

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic AV skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. daily
• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record and have reliable transportation
• Position requires daily travel and the ability to stay on-site over the needed time period
• Ability to work all hours, including weekends. 
• Team player with a great attitude

• Customer Service oriented
• Possesses problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors: 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with network processes preferred.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate workflow.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and highly accurate data entry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills.
• High integrity and strong business ethics.
• Strong customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work both independently with little supervision and in a collaborative team environment to complete job assignments.

Education/ Experience:  

• 1-3 years’ experience in setting up AV equipment and local network at remote offices.
• Bachelors degree or Technical School degree preferred by not required.

Physical Demands:  

Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 70 pounds of force daily, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
