Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking highly qualified and motivated law clerks for its Legal Department to begin one-year clerkships following the current school year, working full-time during the summer (May – August 2025) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August 2025 - May 2026).

The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on projects in a wide array of practice areas, including commercial and corporate contracts, litigation, real estate, environmental, regulatory, transportation, intellectual property, employee benefits, labor and employment, bankruptcy, advertising, corporate governance, securities, immigration, and data privacy and security.

Qualifications

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and completed first or second year of law school.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • First and second year of law students eligible.
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old.
