TivolisWorld Investment Club & Associated Ventures is a collaborative investment platform focused on identifying high-growth ventures and building a trusted network of investors and advisors. We aim to maintain operational transparency, legal integrity, and investor confidence in everything we do.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Advisor to oversee compliance, draft and review legal documentation, and provide strategic counsel on financial and regulatory matters. This role is essential to ensuring all activities remain within legal frameworks while supporting the club's growth and member interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise the club on legal risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory developments
Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, NDAs, and policy documents
Ensure all investment activities align with relevant securities laws and club regulations
Provide guidance on data privacy, risk management, and dispute resolution
Support onboarding procedures and help structure member and investor agreements
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice (preferred)
3+ years of experience in corporate, investment, or financial law
Familiarity with U.S. securities regulations and investment club operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
Ability to work independently in a startup-like, remote environment
