About the Role
The clients Woodbridge office is seeking a General Liability Partner to join their expanding team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse array of legal cases and to grow within a supportive, high-performing legal environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience and a passion for delivering effective legal solutions for clients in various practice areas.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new files and assess potential legal strategies.

Maintain regular client communications, ensuring their needs are met.

Manage discovery production, research, and prepare legal memoranda.

Draft and argue substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.

Attend pretrial listings and represent the firm in motion and trial settings.

Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage case workflows.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Active license in good standing in New Jersey.

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience; experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability preferred.

Trial experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
