Job Title: Caller

Position Summary:

Magna Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Caller to join our Records Department in San Antonio, TX. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of records by managing outbound and inbound calls, coordinating with facilities, sending and receiving documentation, assisting with notary services, and processing payments within our system. This position is on-site at our office in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to facilities to request or follow up on records
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance
• Send and manage documentation to and from facilities
• Coordinate and facilitate notary services as needed
• Enter and process payments in the system related to record requests

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other standard office software
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

Compensation: USD $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
