Probate Assistance: This includes assisting with the probate process, including filing court documents, coordinating with beneficiaries, and managing estate assets.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in estate planning matters.
Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of client files and estate planning documents.
General Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
