PI Attorney Relations & Sales Manager

REPORTS TO: Executive Management
LOCATION: Encino (with extensive territory travel throughout Southern California)

JOB SCOPE

BrainStim Centers (BSC), California Neurosurgical Institute (CNI), and California Back & Pain Specialists are seeking an exceptional sales professional and relationship builder to serve as the primary liaison with personal injury law firms throughout the region. This role represents the comprehensive continuum of care we provide to personal injury patients—from neurosurgery to brain health treatment to pain management and ongoing maintenance care.

This is a high-performance sales role that requires both proactive new business development and deep relationship cultivation. You'll identify and engage new attorney partnerships while nurturing existing relationships to maximize patient referrals. Success requires a proven track record of achieving sales goals, developing new accounts, and building long-term partnerships that generate consistent, growing referral volume.

As our PI Attorney Relations & Sales Manager, you'll build and expand our attorney network, educating legal affiliates on our full spectrum of services under the leadership of Dr. Mark Liker and Dr. Singh. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to law firms, helping them understand how our integrated approach supports their clients' recovery and strengthens their cases. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development & Account Expansion

· Identify and engage new personal injury law firms for partnership development

· Develop strategic outreach plans and build target account lists within assigned territory

· Initiate contact through professional networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach

· Secure new attorney partnerships and facilitate first referral commitments

· Track business development activity, pipeline growth, and conversion rates

· Set and achieve monthly/quarterly new account development targets

Attorney Relationship Development & Management

· Maintain strategic, long-term relationships with active referring attorneys

· Conduct regular in-person visits to attorney offices throughout territory

· Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for law firm partners

· Build relationships at all levels—from case managers to managing partners

· Cultivate referral partnerships that grow over time and produce consistent patient volume

· Reactivate dormant relationships and restore referral flow from inactive attorneys

Comprehensive Service Education & Consultation

· Present and educate attorneys on our complete continuum of care: California Neurosurgical Institute (CNI), BrainStim Centers, and California Back & Pain Specialists

· Articulate how our integrated approach supports patient recovery post-injury

· Explain treatment protocols, timelines, and expected outcomes

· Discuss how comprehensive documentation strengthens legal cases

· Conduct lunch-and-learns, presentations, and educational events

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

· Generate qualified referrals from attorney partners and drive patient treatment completions

· Track referral pipeline, conversion metrics, and treatment completion rates

· Manage CRM systematically—log all attorney contacts, referrals, and relationship status

· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual performance targets

· Represent our clinics at legal networking events and conferences

· Forecast referral volume and business growth accurately

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

· Bachelor's degree

· 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience with demonstrated success

· Proven history of new business development and consistent goal achievement

· Background in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, legal services, or related field

· Track record of building and maintaining client relationships that generate sustained revenue

· Experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales with longer sales cycles

· Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management skills

· Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

· Comfortable with performance-based compensation structure

Preferred:

· Experience in attorney relations or working in legal/PI environment

· Knowledge of personal injury law and case processes

· Existing relationships with Southern California PI attorney community

· Experience representing multiple service lines or product portfolio

· Track record in competitive, territory-based sales role

· Extensive daily travel throughout Southern California territory (60-80% of work time)

· In-person attorney office visits (primary work activity)

· Attendance at legal networking events and conferences (including some evenings)

· Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate attorney schedules

· Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation:

· Base salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

· Performance-based bonus potential: Uncapped earning potential with top performers exceeding $180,000+ total compensation

· Realistic total compensation trajectory: $130K-$150K (Year 1), $150K-$170K (Year 2), $160K-$185K+ (Year 3+)
