Title: Assistant Finance Officer

Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000 Annually

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Finance Officer for our Administrative Division.

Position Summary:

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking an Assistant Finance Officer who will assist in responsibilities relating to accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and other aspects of fiscal management to ensure financial compliance of state and federal regulatory laws and rules. Job duties will include (but are not limited to) fleet management and reporting, accounts payable and receivable, travel reservations, inventories, managing supplier contracts, office supplies, reconciling various accounts and funds, and other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and government accounting experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
