
This position provides fiscal support to the Office of the General Counsel by monitoring expenditures across four organization codes and reconciling associated allotments using FLAIR system reports and Microsoft Excel. The role also involves procuring goods and services through a state purchasing card, MyFloridaMarketPlace, and private vendors while adhering to relevant policies.
Additionally, this position offers administrative and clerical support by preparing and shipping meeting materials for various court committees, as well as preparing and submitting court committee work products for online publication. The responsibilities include drafting and reviewing official correspondence using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, creating, updating, and linking documents, and tracking litigation cases.
Furthermore, the position involves organizing and participating in conference calls, video meetings, and training sessions, posting judicial election materials online using a vendor-provided system, and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems. Finally, the role requires arranging travel, including lodging, transportation, and meeting space.
