Join Our Team as a Corporate Legal Administrator
Support strategic legal initiatives for a growing healthcare organization.

Lionstone Care is a skilled nursing management group overseeing 50 facilities primarily across the state of Ohio. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Corporate Legal Administrator to support our General Counsel and executive team in advancing legal and business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of legal, regulatory, and executive operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coordinator on legal and corporate executive projects

  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain a wide range of corporate and legal documentation

  • Log, track, and monitor ongoing legal events, regulatory filings, insurance claims, acquisitions, and refinancing activities

  • Maintain an organized corporate library and ensure timely document retrieval and lifecycle management

  • Collaborate with executives on complex legal/business initiatives and drive progress from general direction to execution

  • Support due diligence efforts, contract management, and documentation processes with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and corporate compliance

  • Navigate corporate insurance documentation and other regulated processes under the direction of executive leadership

Qualifications

  • A self-starter with the ability to take broad instructions and independently manage projects to completion

  • Someone who brings structure, accountability, and focus to complex documentation processes

  • A confident communicator who works well with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal, regulatory, or corporate healthcare setting

  • Experience within the healthcare regulatory environment and relevant documentation standards

  • Legal or paralegal experience a plus

  • Strong organizational, tracking, and document management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with limited oversight

  • Comfort navigating corporate insurance, compliance filings, and regulated documentation
