Key Responsibilities
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
- Evaluating liability, damages, and treatment plans
- Drafting and reviewing demand packages
- Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Collaborating with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
- Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)

Requirements
- Active California Bar License and in good standing
- Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
- Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
