Who are we?

We are a mid-size plaintiff-side employment litigation firm and one of the largest in the Washington, D.C. area that represents both private and public sector employees. Our attorneys practice in state and federal courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as before federal administrative agencies such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Office of Special Counsel, and before arbitration tribunals including American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS. We handle a wide variety of employment-related cases including, but not limited to:

If you join our firm, protecting other people’s jobs will become your job.

What we are looking for:

·  Attorney with 3–5 years of employment litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in civil rights issues

· Eager to join a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive team

· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Capable of independently handling every aspect of plaintiff-side employment litigation and balancing multiple responsibilities at once

· Excellent research and writing skills

· JD from an accredited ABA law school; strong academic background highly valued

· Admitted to practice law in DC, MD, and/or VA

Expectations:

· We also boast a flexible, hybrid work-from-home and in-office arrangement. You may be required to work in-office at least one day per week. Once a week, the firm provides lunch to everyone in the office.
