ATTORNEYS' TITLE FUND SERVICES
In this position, you will manage, maintain, and optimize the currently in-use title insurance production system to ensure operational efficiency. We need you to identify opportunities for efficiency and work with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance the title production system. You will also provide support to product users and integration partners.
** 3+ years ResWare Administration experience required.
Some of the Primary Responsibilities may include:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize title production system settings and workflows utilized by the Branch Operations Division and other internal users.
- Manage internal user accounts, permissions, and security settings within title production systems.
- Oversee and support system integrations, including but not limited to monitoring and resolving .xml errors, assisting with API configurations, data exchange processes, and provide technical guidance for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced user support.
- Implement and maintain custom templates, documents, and automation rules.
- Create and distribute documentation related to any changes to system settings, workflows, templates, documents, and automation rules to appropriate stakeholders.
- Design and write complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Create custom database reports.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on The Fund’s title production system workflow.
- Meet regularly with Fund and Old Republic Information Services stakeholders to communicate changes and needs for the product.
- Provide recommendations to Fund management and Old Republic Information Services on potential efficiency gains, including integrated services.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in complex query development
- Knowledge of ResWare API and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Scrum and agile software development methodologies preferred
- User stories knowledge preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields, or equivalent work experience
