Insurance Coverage Defense Attorney – Philadelphia, PA
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site at the Philadelphia office. WFH days may be earned over time.
Note: Must have relevant defense litigation experience.

Job Description- Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side.
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
- Provide courtroom representation, handling trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
- Strong litigation skills with recent experience.
- Defense-side focus is required.
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus).
