Essential Credentials:

- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney with litigation in commercial law
- Experience with external, private law firms preferably of a reputable nature

A proven capacity to operate effectively both autonomously and as an integral member of a high-performing litigation group is imperative. This encompasses extensive experience in:
- Meticulous drafting of sophisticated pleadings, motions, and other formal court filings.
- Comprehensive management of discovery processes, including formulation and response to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Active development and implementation of litigation strategies from initial conceptualization through ultimate resolution.
- Conduct of thorough witness interviews and preparation of deponents for testimony.
- Effective participation in court hearings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with electronic discovery protocols, encompassing efficient collection, meticulous review, and accurate production of electronically stored information (ESI) within both Florida state and federal jurisdictional contexts, is considered highly advantageous.
- Prior experience within a large legal firm environment is preferred, indicating an understanding of the demands and structural nuances inherent in a sophisticated legal practice.
