Position Title: Legal Assistant – Estate Planning/Office Coordinator

Sampling of Responsibilities:
Our Legal Assistants are responsible for supporting multiple timekeepers, completing various administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Candidates must be willing to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Regular duties include document production, proofreading and formatting documents, tracking deadlines and maintaining calendars, answering telephones, and maintaining confidential information. In addition this position will encapsulate additional responsibilities of greeting clients, answering telephone calls, and general office oversight.
Skills and Experience:
Candidates should have Legal Assistant experience in a law firm setting, proficiency in all MS Office products, ability to work well under pressure while staying motivated, exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong tech skills are a must!
