
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and organize extensive and complex confidential documents and files in Microsoft Outlook, iManage and other proprietary databases and systems
- Log incoming letters from clients requesting auditors’ responses; review clients’ letters to determine needed information to process and generate audit reports and responses
- Draft and maintain the firm's ethical screens, and assist with compliance and enforcement of the firm’s ethical screens and other firm security
- Assist with tracking and managing the sensitive securities clearance process to comply with US and UK insider trading regulations
- Maintain database of client conflicts policies and vendor contracts
- Register the firm’s corporate filings
- Track and update bar admissions status of new associates and lateral hires
- Record incoming employee conflicts clearances
- Support with subpoena response and occasional document review
- Assist Assistant General Counsel with researching, responding to, and resolving ethical and policy issues
- Perform any and all other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the office and Firm
QUALIFICATIONS / KSAs
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective and clear written and oral communication.
- Strong research skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a professional office setting.
- Ability to correspond with other firm departments to complete tasks.
- Ability to work productively and cooperatively with other employees and work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and manage time effectively.
- Adheres to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency and/or Ability to learn: MS Office, iManage, Excel, Workday, Carpe Diem, Elite, Intapp and Nuance.
