Requirements:
- NC Bar Licensure
- Able to litigate cases primarily in Charlotte and central to western North Carolina.
- 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
- Knowledge and understanding of legal discovery
- Experience arguing motions and taking and defending depositions
- Experience as plaintiffs’ counsel a plus, but not required
