The PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Staff Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in PIP insurance claims and litigation. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of cases, focusing on efficient and effective resolution. This role requires a deep understanding of PIP laws and regulations, strong litigation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary/Benefits
- $95,000 - $150,000/ + year (based on experience)

Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and support on PIP claims.
- Review and analyze PIP claims for coverage and liability issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including hearings and trials.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Attorney
- Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Protection laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan
