Remote, Contract -based Ohio Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Ohio Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Provide in -person coverage for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as needed
  <\/li>
• Assist with plaintiff -side employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other employment law documents
  <\/li>
• Review case files and assist with case strategy
  <\/li>
• Provide back -end litigation support and help move cases forward efficiently
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on active employment litigation matters
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
    <\/li>
  • Located near Canton, Ohio (Cleveland and Columbus area candidates will also be considered)
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5+ years of plaintiff -side employment law experience
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable handling both in -person coverage and back -end legal support
    <\/li>
  • Experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment -related claims
    <\/li>
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Self -starter who can work independently
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
