Remote, Contract -based, Florida Probate Paralegal - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Probate Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters
  <\/li>
• Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes
  <\/li>
• Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings
  <\/li>
• Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish
  <\/li>
• Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  <\/li>
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast -paced environment
  <\/li>
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently
  <\/li>
• Self -starter who can take initiative and work independently
  <\/li>
• Proactive and professional communication skills
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
