Commercial Real Estate (Lending) Attorney – Boston, MA – Hybrid Remote - $150k - $225k

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions.
· Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.
· Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, environmental, and organizational review.
· Structure, close, and manage commercial real estate loan transactions, refinancings, modifications, and workouts.
· Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure timely closings and compliance with lending requirements.
Required:
- Recent commercial real estate lending experience
- MA bar
