Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Active license and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
- Experience: 2–5+ years of dedicated experience in family law, specifically handling divorce and custody cases.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and litigation abilities.
- Deep knowledge of state family law statutes, court procedures, and local rules.
