Lesak, Hamilton, Calhoun & Pontieri, a growing and dynamic law firm serving clients throughout North Florida, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville. This vital role is the first point of contact for potential clients and plays an essential part in creating a positive, welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
In addition to managing client intake and communications, the ideal candidate will also provide backup paralegal support to assist our attorneys and staff as needed.Responsibilities:

In addition to managing client intake and communications, the ideal candidate will also provide backup paralegal support to assist our attorneys and staff as needed.Responsibilities:
- Handle client intake with professionalism and empathy
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and scheduling for new client consultations
- Collect, organize, and input client information into Clio Grow and Clio Manage
- Track and follow up on client communications and next steps
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Provide backup paralegal support, including drafting documents, organizing case files, and assisting with discovery or court filings when needed
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless client experience
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal office, or client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Clio or other legal CRM platforms a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
