Duties
- Participate as a member of a team to manage the EEO complaints processing program, along with compliance with reasonable accommodation laws.
- Update the Army's iComplaints system with required data and documentation for assigned caseload.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining special emphasis program.
- Assist management officials, administrative officers, legal, human resources, and safety and occupational health personnel to implement an effective reasonable accommodation (RA) process for individuals with disabilities.
