The Summer Law Intern Program has specific eligibility requirements. For details, visit Legal Careers | Summer Law Intern Program Technical Qualifications Open to full-or part-time law students who have completed at least one full semester of legal study by the application deadline and graduating law students who are entering a full-time judicial clerkship, graduate law program, or qualifying legal fellowship. Education
Full-or part-time law students who have completed at least one full semester of legal study by the application deadline. Completion of at least one semester of law school is required.
Required Documents
A law school transcript is required. Documents supporting veterans' preference eligibility are required. Therefore, provide only the attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Failure to provide all of the required information as stated in this vacancy announcement may result in an ineligible rating or may affect the overall rating.
