We are currently expanding our team and seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join us in advocating for justice and protecting the rights of our clients.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Employment Law Attorney to handle cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach.

Compensation: Annual salary of $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus structure



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment law matters, including litigation, mediation, and administrative hearings.
  • Provide legal counsel on workplace issues, including employee rights, employer compliance, and policy review.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current with employment law developments.
  • Develop case strategies and manage caseloads independently and collaboratively.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • 3+ years of employment law experience, preferably in plaintiff-side litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Must be located near Irving, Texas, or willing to relocate (hybrid work arrangement may be available).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sexual harassment or retaliation claims.
  • Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
