Our Michelin nominated restaurant client is looking for a Sous chef. Located near New Buffalo, Michigan that would welcome your creative input.
Current annual volume close to $5M a year. WE ARE BUSY!
Growth opportunity is enormous: company just purchased 2 parcels to become 2 new restaurants. This "resort" town includes beachfront land and our client received exclusive rights for all F&B on the beach.
Base salary is $70-90,000.
