
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Senior Litigation Paralegal with trial experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to trial preparation and post-trial activities. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to case management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case management and organization from initial filing through trial.

Draft pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Coordinate and manage large volumes of documents, including organizing and indexing case files.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

Assist with deposition and hearing preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness files.

Coordinate trial logistics and provide direct trial support in court or remote settings.

Manage court filings (state and federal) and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Maintain and monitor case calendars and deadlines.

Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required.

Significant trial preparation and trial attendance experience preferred.

Strong understanding of litigation processes and rules of civil procedure.

Proficiency with legal software (Filevine experience a plus).

Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Paralegal Certificate or equivalent education/experience required.
