- Preparing and/or reviewing Deeds

- Working knowledge of basic tax issues/implications for both Washington and Federal<\/span><\/span>

- LLC Formation experience a plus

- Spanish fluency a plus

- Client focused

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
